• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or reverse engineer our software.
• Do not use the service to build or train competing models or services without our written permission.

• You retain ownership of receipts and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and display that content solely to provide the service.
• Receiptrakr may use third-party providers (including AI/LLM services) to process receipts for extraction and summaries. By using the service, you consent to this processing.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health data, or payment card numbers) unless it is necessary for your use of the service.

4. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our privacy practices. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords and safeguarding your account.

5. Service Changes and Availability

• The service may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may add or remove features without notice.

• Preview or beta features may be experimental and provided without support or uptime commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Receiptrakr and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Receiptrakr, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued service creates risk to us or other users.
